I went to wellbeingart.com and clicked the "Contact Us" link. On that page, their primary contact is: Sigzen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Cindy, it probably is like one of those call centers that annoy us or our
phones with robocalls. India seems to be the epicenter of those outfits, along with order-taking and "customer service." N. |

They're already getting a decent diet. I never eat breakfast in the morning and it works for me. When my daughter was young (elementary school years), she didn't want breakfast either so early but she would eat a few slices of pizza so that's what she got many days. Better than nothing. For many of her young years, that was her breakfast most days. Hey...it did cover the 4 food groups though - bread, dairy, veggies and meat. I always cooked various healthy dinners too. Nothing specific but just a good variety of things. She turned out just fine. |

In fact, it is a Health and Wellbeing Platform from the USA. One more thing be respectful when you are talking about any Nation and do not categorize them on any basis as on this social platform you are representing your country. So be careful when you are talking about any Country. Specially INDIA, I hope I make myself clear to you.I'm Proud of my Country |

I know that not every person in India is like that, but the fact is, most of the calls coming here for scams originate in India. If you want national pride then you should clean up the portion of people tearing it down. Typical call: (voice with Indian accent) I'm calling from Windows, your computer is sending error messages. You do have a lot to be proud of, but a few that we see often are tarnishing your reputation. Look at it realistically before you chide others. |

Lately I've been getting calls (always someone with a very strong Indian accent) saying I've been awarded a grant from the US government. Yeah, sure, the government is just handing out grants for no reason. Do these people think everyone is stupid? They give the entire country a bad name. OTOH, some of the most saavy programmers and tech-type people I ever worked with were from India. The head of the infrastructure department was Harihara Neelakantan (just call me "Neel"). I was one of the few people at the office who could pronounce his full name. LOL Jill |

Jinx, yes, I did. I do not think that saying a lot of call centers, including among
others, "customer service," scams and other such businesses, originate in India and Pakistan, is derogatory. It is fact. I believe Ms. Nancy Smith is protesting too much. Whatever. N. |

Encourage healthy eating habits Kids develop a pure desire for the meals they take pleasure in essentially the most, so the problem is to make healthy choices interesting. Give attention to total diet than particular meals. Children must be consuming entire, minimally processed meals€”meals that's as near its pure type as possible. Be a role model. The childhood impulse to mimic is strong so dont ask your youngster to eat greens when you gorge on potato chips. Cook meals at home. Restaurant and takeout meals have extra added sugar and unhealthy fats so cooking at home can have a huge effect in your children health. For those who make massive batches, cooking only a few instances may be sufficient to feed your loved ones for the entire week. Get youngsters concerned in looking for groceries and making ready meals. You'll be able to educate them about completely different meals and learn meals labels. Make wholesome snacks available. Hold loads of fruit, greens, and wholesome drinks (water, milk, pure fruit juice) handy so youngsters keep away from unhealthy snacks like soda, chips, and cookies. Restrict portion sizes. Dont insist your youngster cleans the plate, and by no means use meals as a reward or bribe. http://www.wellbeingart.com/healthy-...-growing-kids/ |
