The chicken is not frozen but it sure could be. If it is frozen I'd just leave it in a little longer. Next time I'll sous vide frozen boneless, skinless, thighs and coat and fry it with panko. Well ok then.

The chicken is not frozen but it sure could be. If it is frozen I'd just
leave it in a little longer. Next time I'll sous vide frozen boneless,
skinless, thighs and coat and fry it with panko. Well ok then.

Duhhh you mean it is cooking on the stove??? lol I had a vision of it
sitting in a packet for a couple of hours ...

I think I said, I always sous vide thighs because they are then easy to just
fry off

You eyesight is perfectly fine. It was sitting in the stove for a couple of hours. Sous vide thighs are bigger and plumper then regular chicken. They don't look like regular chicken thighs.
