I doubt it, but it does mean many of the people using them park on the
street where we lived, they were very old houses, pre cars, with not
much driveway so one counted on parking space in the road for visiting
friends. Glad I'm not there now.

I did think that, but wondered if the school had large grounds or they
took it down, if that's what was meant. lucretia explained. Thanks.

You would be better off *NOT* being known for doing that.
Since you already collected litter, why not dispose of it properly
and call it community service? Hello?

You're no better than the individuals that litter, you idiot.
Hopefully, someone will take a pic of you doing this and report you.

No doubt dumping litter while patrolling the handicap parking spaces for
violators.

His stories are all based on putting others down. He ought to take a good

It is not community service for me to have to pick up litter from their
business that has been dumped on my lawn. They know that a lot of their
cups, bags and other take out containers end up at the side of the road,
so it is my way of letting them know they contributed to the mess.

Report me for leaving their products on their property? Crime of the
century eh.

I agree. I still never see plastic bags hanging from trees where I
live. The toilet paper prank seems to have something to do with Halloween.

Yes, I agree it's usually on Halloween or there about, but this was a couple
of months ago, and it rained which made it a real mess though there wasn't a
lot of it thankfully, hope they had to wipe their little butts with their
hands. LOL

That's probably true of most neighbors living around you, but I've never
heard of an adult doing it anywhere for that reason, except maybe in your
case.

I'd imagine that whole neighborhoods turn out to "teepee" Steve's Hobbit - ish trailor home...so many in fact that perhaps we should all buy stock in Kimberly - Clark...
