I'd worry more about toxic chemicals in fish.

Fishes that eat other fishes tend to concentrate Hg in their bodies. The large predators at the top food chain will have a diet of fish high in Hg. Salmon eat small fish which probably have not lived long enough to store much Hg in their bodies. I recently had some kajiki and it was a great fish but it is likely to have an elevated mercury content. What the heck, it was all worth it. ![]() https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/sh...hare_link_copy |
