Default Green Chile Milkshake

Hi,
Thought I'd pop in and share my latest taste treat with you.
In honor of Hatch New Mexico Chile season, I made a milkshake using
green chiles. I used a heaping scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream and
spashed in some milk (I used coconut milk for both) I added roasted,
peeled, chopped green chiles to taste and garnished with more green
chiles.
It's surprisingly refreshing and deeeelicious.

I was in NM last week - they put green chiles in everything. I had a
green chile bratwurst. It was ok, a brat with some heat. The NM style
pizza was really good. :-]

What's the relative Scoville value of the chilis: Mild - Medium - Hot?
There's a place here that makes an ice cream using the local version
of chipotle. It is GREAT. Especially when combined with their dark
chocolate.
