I like plain dumplings - flour, milk, eggs, salt - but they take time to
make. I would like to make a big batch and freeze them, thawing some as desired. Problem is keeping them separated. Probably not possible but I thought I'd ask. I realze I could freeze them in small meal-sized batches but that would be a pain to do for me - though not for normal people. I'm not fond of cooking duties, just eating the results. TIA -- You know it's time to clean the refrigerator when something closes the door from the inside. |

Once frozen, throw them in a plastic bag. If you have a side-by-side refrigerator, well, I feel your pain. I had one for several years and hated it. Cindy Hamilton |

That's how I freeze blueberries, and it works very well. MaryL |
