Cauliflower cheese bake, or possibly a cauliflower cheese gratin.

Currently making roast pumpkin soup for lunch.

Thanks. Between myself and the animals, we've almost gotten through
all the Golden Nugget pumpkins from last season

I made a broccoli and cauliflower gratin a couple of days ago. Yum and good leftovers too.

Yes, good to reheat the next day. I never tire of bakes or gratins
such as these. I ended up making a gratin this time (not that there's
a huge difference between the two).
