Good advice. Found them that way at Walmart last Saturday. $6 an ounce.
On a rack in the produce section.

Now to turn them into powder. I have a small B&D 3-cup chopper with a
fine mince choice. Think that will work? Also have a full-size food
processor. Never tried either with dried stuff.
