I really like his penchant for cutting off power and water when people
stand up to him and get in his way. Or how he cut off medical
treatment to his nephew's son, purely out of spite over a family

Bush II (some of us prefer to call him "shrub") was a
complete douchebag. He was the president, though, so he was
like a shitty king or other ruler, In USA, we were forced to
follow him, not having the means for rebellion as we had in
the failed 1861 attempt.

These guys are given a lot of power, so we are not able to
counteract the shit they do until it is too late. There are
lots of examples. Nixon, for example, caused the
deaths/maiming of many thousands of young men in our country.

Both of our "parties" are bad. They both do evil. If you
think only the republicans, or only the democrats are evil,
then, you need to look within yourself, and question
yourself why.

I was reading that the profile of his supporters is male, mid-to old,
poor education level and never held terribly well paid jobs. Now in
retirement they feel angry and blame it on anyone available, Mexicans,
blacks, you name it. For some of them, if indeed they do vote for
him, it will be the first time they have voted.

These are the same people that are losing their jobs to overseas. Trump
is going to be their savior.

Most of his campaign rhetoric and promises is what that group of people
talk about over a couple of beers. Finally a candidate that understands
them and it going to fix things. Yep, he is keeping out the illegals,

Remember Ed, when we were growing up, we had a thriving blue-collar
middle class? Governmental regulation of damned near everything has
driven manufacturing out of our country. We no longer have a
military-industrial complex, because there is no industrial part.
People ranting about the M-I complex haven't a clue of what's going on.
We can't even produce military components to keep our weapons of war
working or microchips to run our ever increasing need for information
technology. It's all gone. Others do it somewhere else.
We need to put our people back to work again with a sense of purpose
and not dependent on governmental largesse that fewer and fewer people
keep paying for.

declining status-quo and continual weakening of the USA with dangerous

Everything that can be outsourced to countries with cheaper labour, will
be. Manufacturing, customer support, etc. This happens in all western
countries. Trump can't do much about that.
