That's the new American sushi for you, anything goes these days and the kids are digging it.

I don't know if that's what it was. It's going to be tough to make a low carb sushi. It was an inside out sushi roll interpretation of a lox and cream cheese bagel except the bagel was sushi rice and the lox was fresh raw salmon.

Gary, my grandson (12) likes plain cream cheese on toast for
breakfast.

No kidding. That's how I'm using up the last 4oz. of the
cream cheese that I bought. I added 4 oz to egg salad and
it was very good. The rest, I'm eating plain.

A few times, I've just cut off a small piece (lima bean size)
and eaten it plain. So very tasty.

Spread some on 6 flavored crackers the other night
but I like it better just spread plain on white bread.
You get the full flavor of the cheese that way.

I just bought 3 fresh bakery "Telera" rolls this morning.
With these, I'll use up the cream cheese and also
the higher fat "Finlandia" butter along with some over easy eggs.

Note: cream cheese plain on the rolls alone.
The butter on rolls to eat with the eggs.

:-D

Hardy worth it to clean the knife... unless you're pretending munching
those lima bean sized bits are in lieu of oral sex.... better
pretending if you add an anchovy... rolled around a caper. LOL

Cream cheese stuffed dates are excellent... especially a date with big
boobs.
