oily fish snacks
I want to start serving mackerel, sardines, herring,
etc., as appetizers. Cold, of course. I'm looking for salad suggestions; for instance, chopped fish, with capers and celery? And why does everyone hate anchovies? I find them tasty. -- Rich |
