All of the above links for faqs.org just redirect to the main page at
http://www.faqs.org/faqs. Maybe they've done some restructuring since
the last time this newsgroup's FAQ was updated? In any case, I spent 30
seconds searching for the first one in the list, but was unable to find
it--probably I was Doing It Wrong.

The other links, to sites other than faqs.org, all went reasonable
places.

Sorry about that; faqs.org is again not being maintained properly if at
all. Here are the relevant links from the FAQ archives at Utrecht
University, they get them directly from news.answers. I've put the
links in the rfc FAQ.
