I buy a whole ham and have it sliced for me, then when I bring it home I package it up in 4 or 5 individual foil wrapped packages and freeze it, and remove each package from my freezer as needed and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator in a Ziploc bag. A LOT cheaper than at the deli too! Same great ham, just cheaper.
