It's all about World Championships, European Championships, Champions League etc. (Partly because only players under 24 are allowed to compete in the soccer Olympics.) |

It actually annoys me how the media completely ignored the other 2 candidates. I'll bet you most people have no idea what they believe in. I'll bet most people can't even name the other two candidates. I'm guilty of that myself. They should have at least been offered a debate or two between themselves on national television just to let everyone get to know them. In the past, I might have leaned toward a Libertarian candidate...if they had the slightest chance in hell of winning. I'll just be glad when this is over. Thankfully, it's to be soon. |

I don't know how nervous most Americans are about Trump or Clinton becoming president that they would vote strategically for one or the other in the hope of keeping one out of the office. Perhaps it is time for people to start voting for the other parties and to help them grow and become a legitimate force in federal politics. Your guy might not get elected but, providing Trump doesn't drag you into a major conflict that destroys the country, they could be the start of a greater political future. |
