Default Mushrooms

Due to local rains and a nearby park that I walk past, I have a
considerable quantity of dried Agaricus augustus - (The Prince).
Probably some more fresh ones will pop up, too.

Anybody have a recipe which shows off its "almondy" flavor? I'm thinking
of a cream sauce over sauteed chicken breasts, but what else might be
good?
