Default Panetonne

I see all these fruitcake recipes, but what about Panetonne, the
Italian fruit cake?

It's the only fruit cake recipe that I can tolerate citron, in.
Anyone have a sane recipe? This guy is crazy:

In this group? Or another? Whatever, use the one provided by King Arthur Flour,
it is terrific. I also use their paper baking forms for it.
