Default Plantain Tortillas

Plantain tortillas, these turned out great! I'm so glad they freeze
well so I'll always have them on hand for a quick and easy snack.
Here's how I made them.

Tonight, they will become crispy pork belly tacos. ;-)

Thanks for that, I've forwarded it to my gluten-free DIL.

I can't get plantain here on the island, but have seen them in the
mainland supermarkets so will try it out next time I shop there.
