Default Crispy Pork Belly Plaintain Tortilla Taco


Pork and plaintains are a great combination. I think I'll be making my
pork tacos with plaintain tortillas from now on.

That's interesting. It is surprising that masa can be made from plantains/bananas. We use it to make pasteles, which is Puerto Rican tamales.
