I make Christmas puddings every year, up to this year for the whole
family. This year I have only made them for myself, same recipe but decreased quantities. I always make a small taster, sadly this year it was rather dry. What can I do to moisten the rest? Will steaming longer help of ad more rum/brandy or beer? |

Anyway I made a small one the other day just winging, looks reasonable but I am adding brandy as fast as it will consume it, that's the only hope that it might taste good. |
