We'd just come in from the cold, and I was starving, so I took the line of least resistance. If I had been inclined to do it from scratch (as I often am), it would have been garlic, scallions (I believe you might call them shallots), coriander leaves, and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. ![]() If you like celery, and I do, there is at least one recipe out there for celery au gratin. I don't have the recipe...made it once and loved it, by my son doesn't want it in anything, so I didn't save it. He and my DIL are my usual guests. N. |
