Default Polish Cookie Recipe

this is for your Christmas past; god Bless.

1lb Flour, 5oz. Sourcream, 5Eggs, 3oz Sugar, 1 1/2tsp. salt,
2 1/2 oz Rum or vodka, 3/4oz Vinegar. for frying Oil or Lard (crisco).
2 oz Powdered Sugar, for Dusting.

roll out thin 2/32. entire dough; dust so dough is manageable
cut with knife or roller 1 1/4 Inches wide and about 6-8 Incheds Long.
make one or two half inch slits in the middle or apart from the middle.
pull ends through the slits and back. Preferably float in not all to hot an oil.
prick Brown. cool on Rack and paper. dust with powder Sugar. !! Happy Holidays and Seasons Greetings.!!!
