We drove all the way to PA and my MP3 disc never looped back to the beginning! ROFL!!! John Kuthe... |

It's KICKIN! Concert volume and CLEAR! Very cool! I have 4 Alpine R series 6x9s and two PHD 5.25" drivers and separate tweeters! Good luck on fixing up your ride. I've been working on a 99 Passat sedan that someone gave to me. It needs some new speakers. I got a couple of replacements from Crutchfield. Beats me how they can send me the speakers for a total price of $36. I have to take out the ABS control module and check the circuit board. Those things are troublesome. I also have to replace various electrical and trim pieces. Luckily, VWs with 1.8 turbo engines are so trouble prone that there is a healthy market of third party suppliers willing to sell parts for cheap. My goal is to replace most of the car with Chinese parts. ![]() |
