Seriously? How many who have commented in this thread about DAR
belong to it? You certainly don't.

I don't have any interest in belonging to the DAR, although I do have the documentation
required for membership. My mom gave it to me in case I had a girl child, but both mine
were boys.

I believe the group is much more active in the east, which can be understood easily; and
that they are responsible for encouraging continuing interest in the history of our
country's beginnings, and the preservation of national historic sites and related treasures.
So, good for them...someone should be doing those things.

I haven't heard the term "Orangemen" in long time! My grandpa Brown was
definitely an "Orangeman". This despite the fact his mother was once
married to an Irishman named Melvin Kelly before she married Mr. Brown.

You just made my point. I don't belong to it and I don't give a crap
about it.

You certainly do give a crap, or else you'd ignore the thread.

sigh. Probably best that I just ignore you from now on.
You so often seem to have an "attitude" here.

How Trumpian of you. You're wrong, but it's the other guy's fault.

It is not miserable to point out that you replied to a thread on a topic
you said you don't care about. Then you turned around and posted
another one saying that you are going to ignore her. Maybe you can see
the irony in those posts.

You don't need to have voted for him to cop that kind of an attitude.

Maybe you should mind your own business and go stake out a handicap
parking space.

Or go pick up trash along the road then go dump it out in the
appropriate fast food parking lot.

I see. You don't like to have your childishness pointed out so you turn

That's a ripe one Gary. I made pretty good money in my job and was able
to retire with a good pension at 53 and am living very comfortable.
You, OTOH are an unskilled tradesman, living in a small apartment and
you rely on your employer's truck for transportation and you are
currently stuck at home because the battery is dead. You are hardly in a
position to fabricate the details of my career in a childish attempt to
belittle me.
