Their F rating is because they are constantly saying that "buy one get one free" is a limited time offer, which apparently it wasn't, it's not because of the quality.
I have two My Pillows and I love them! I've had chronic insomnia for about 20 years, three hours of sleep is a good night for me. I'm used to the lack of sleep, as I apparently don't need much, however, I hated the way my other pillows left me with a stiff neck, shoulder aches, upper arm pain, etc.. It sucks lying in bed for hours and being uncomfortable. The My Pillow is extremely comfortable. It's different than regular pillows because they're made from chopped up pieces of memory foam. You can rearrange the foam by squishing it with your hands and it feels so soft against your ears and side of your face. If you buy some, get the large, I bought one large and one regular and wish they were both large. The size depicts how thick they are, not their length and width. I'm 5'7", average build. I bought mine from QVC, knowing I could easily return them after thirty days if I didn't like them. I definitely won't be returning them. Denise in NH |

I also bought an expensive memory foam pillow from a retailer with many outlets up here that advertises itself as a "sleep expert". The bloody thing was a waste of money. I'm still looking. |

It's good to hear from someone who actually has and uses it rather than from people posting negative hearsay, thank you. I see their ads on TV constantly so never thought My Pillow could be purchased other than directly from them. My two pillows are very old and ready for the trash, but they are filled with some sort of dacron fiber that has held up well for some twenty years. For me it's important that pillows can be used for back support while sitting up in bed... eventually I fall asleep and slide down so my head is on the pillows... I've tried one pillow but I really need two. > Have you tried pure Canadian goose down (not feathers) ? > > Janet UK There's no such thing as "Canadian goose down", you must mean Canada goose down. Down is still feathers only it's the small undercoat feathers. The best fowl down would be eider goose down, but down is used for warmth, not comfort. I once owned an eider goose down sleeping bag, exceptionally warm but after a couple three uses begins to stink and costs a small fortune to be professionally dry cleaned. I also had a generic down filled jacket, label said to machine wash delicate and machine dry low... ruined. I would never buy any down filled items again. Nowadays for ultimate warmth I buy Thinsulate. I have several pair of gloves and boots lined with Thinsulate, excellent for cold weather. However I don't want a pillow for warmth. I use a very good wheelchair cushion on my computer chair, primarily for height, it sandwiches a 3" thick slab of memory foam between some sort of gel... it's lasted about ten years. Amyway there're a lot of different pillows out there, very difficult to decide. I don't know if diced memory foam is better than dacron. For me an important element of a pillow is its ticking (the cloth covering) plus I use a zippered pillow cover as well, then of course the pillow case. I've found the layers of cloth coverings and their quality makes a big difference in the comfort the pillow offers, the fill is only part of it. |

I've tried one pillow but I really need two. If you like sitting up in bed to read or watch TV, an adjustable bed is ideal. Of course it is considerably more costly than a couple of pillows. If you've been thinking of a new bed, give a look. |

If you've been thinking of a new bed, give a look. I already have a costly bed with a very expensive Sterns & Foster mattress and box spring, and I really am not nearly ready for a hospital bed. I've looked into those back support cushions, some have built in arm rests but I don't think they'd be comfortable for sleeping. I really don't need a new bed, I just need two good pillows. Amazon sells a lot of pillows including My Pillow: https://www.amazon.com/Pillow-Classi...s+for+sleeping This looks good: https://www.amazon.com/Snuggle-Pedic...0KA2GG0PX5BM4E |

I have a stiff neck, and it took some time to get used to the MP that I sleep on now. In fact, I went back to my inexpensive down pillows for a month or so and decided I liked the MyPillows better. So that's what I use and am happy with. I won't rave about them. They work for me. leo |

I've tried one pillow but I really need two. Honestly, I haven't tried it that way so don't know about back support when reading. I use my other pillows when I'm reading so that I can be propped up higher and supported, and use the My Pillow for sleeping. I don't know this for a fact, but have heard that the My Pillows purchased in stores for less money are not the same quality even though they are the My Pillow brand, but that might be some kind of marketing ploy. I ordered mine from the company site which asks you how you sleep, side, back, combination etc. to make sure you choose the one best for you. They do come with a money back guarantee so it might be best to try it and see if they work for you, if not...return them. Cheri |

It's a memory foam pillow that offers a supportive, firm loft. Really supportive. I've found no other that compares to it for that purpose (I'd rate it a 10!). As far as sleeping goes, I no longer have to use two pillows (I'm a side sleeper) or bunch one up under my neck. It's supposed to have a warm and a keep cool side, but I haven't noticed much difference. The only con to the pillow is that it tends to mould itself into the gap between my mattress edge and the headboard (making a triangle shape), so by morning there's more pillow there than under my neck. -- jinx the minx |

It seems he advertised a BOGO at Christmas when there had already been a BOGO ad in place for months (just pay extra shipping!). It was not a "new" offer but the ads made it sound like it was. They dunned his rating. He doesn't care. As for how well My Pillow works... no comment. The various online reviews of the product are mixed. The reviews I read were not laudatory. Jill |

When I was married, the wife gave me a king size down pillow one Christmas. I used it one night and gave it to her. And yes, that probably offended her. I sleep with several pillows. The giant down one was so super soft. I layed on it and it sunk down to no pillow quickly. So I folded it in half and again it sunk down to nothing much more than the pillow case. eheheh note: if you've ever tried a down pillow, you know this. Anyway, that first night, I ended up folding and folding and this king size down pillow ended up being about the size of a washcloth and it still didn't support my head. No thanks. |
