One of my favorite dishes ever. Topped with hollandaise sauce. I honestly do not remember the crabmeat, but it's been years..... My guess would be that the fish/bananas were poached and the hollandaise added at the end, and baked briefly high in oven until top browned.

One would be hard pressed to find sole in the US other than frozen and
then it'd be questionable... sole is found in UK waters, not anywhere
near the US. Anyway I don't think I'd care for any seafood with
banana sauce. So what's a "whine sauce"?
