I try to only whatsapp or text with them. I also never know out off which part of the cell phone the sound's supposed to come. |

My son uses a Samsung, something newer and better than my Galaxy4. When he has a good signal the sound quality is excellent. I only hear the quality of my own phone when I hear messages I have left on my home phone, and it has a clear sound. It is not always so good when I am in the car and doing it hands free with Blue Tooth. |

That doesn't help with the sound. I could just hear someone answer, so I said what I had to say and hung up, hoping the message had come across. |

I might add that using a cell phone while driving here is illegal, unless it is hands free. Mine is truly hands free. I have voice activated dialing. If I want to call home I just push a button on my steering wheel and when prompted say "home" and 9 times out of ten it calls home. |
