It gives a pretty intense onion flavor. I wouldn't use it for things like fried rice or when onion is needed for texture. It's one of the great timesavers in my kitchen. It's something I don't ever want to run out of. |

I used hamburger to make a sausage-like substance. Fennel seed would have been great in the hamburger but I didn't have any. On top was just sauce and cheese. I'm gonna have some for breakfast.
