Default Pickle & Fermentation Camps for Kids?

Can somebody recommend a live-in summer camp for 6-10 year olds that
teaches pickling and fermentation? Preferably one that also teaches
macrobiotics, eco-preservation, and sustainability. Location is not
an issue but would prefer the PNW.

Really? I cannot imagine many 6 year olds wanting to know about
fermentation. I do know some teens that got pickled though.

it's the PNW so nope it's real

all I can think of is the kid coming back and telling his friends he went
to pickle camp
