For dinner last night I sliced very plump skinless boneless chicken
breasts into cutlets, seasoned and fried in EVOO, served with Oriental
style orange greenbeans.

Turned out well, same dinner tonight. . . much easier to fry cutlets
to proper doneness... tender and moist.

Looks very tasty, indeed. Glad to see they were a decent price
with the store card.

Yes, I always use the store card at my local market, the savings are
significant. I wish stores would charge the lower price without the
card but that's not going to change anytime soon... that's
the competition between store chains. I shop the local store in town
because I buy only what's on sale when it's good price, otherwise I do
most shopping at Walmart or BJs. BJ's prices arre good when one wants
the large size items, otherwise no one beats Walmart's prices, and
Heinz products etal are not produced in China. The only products
produced in China are the same high tech electronics that are sold in
ALL other stores. Knocking Chinese products is as ignorant as
ignorant gets. If not for products produced in the Orient RFC usenet
wouldn't exist.

looks good. I would have removed the tenders, frozen them and saved
them for another day.

I don't find any real difference in tenders to make them worth
seperating... what will I do with those small bits later? I remove
all the fatty and the bloody parts to feed the crows.

what fatty and bloody parts? I'm talking about that special portion
of meat that runs down the center part of the breast half.

Remember Sheldon's obsessions.
DD = bra size for large breasts. = He bought 5 large breasts. Later photo
shows them sliced and cooked as smaller (B cup bra size) breast pieces.

Ugh 'rolls eyes' Thanks!

Calling that part of poultry breasts is what's feeble... birds don't
nurse their young.

Doesn't matter. Chicken breast qualifies:

1. Anatomy, Zoology. (in bipeds) the outer, front part of the thorax, or the front part of the body from the neck to the abdomen; chest.

2. Zoology. the corresponding part in quadrupeds.

3. either of the pair of mammae occurring on the chest in humans and having a discrete areola around the nipple, especially the mammae of the female after puberty, which are enlarged and softened by hormonally influenced mammary-gland development and fat deposition and which secrete milk after the birth of a child: the breasts of males normally remain rudimentary.
