Default Happy Sunday! 4/16/2017

For those who don't care about eccumenical holidays, make it simply
Happy Sunday, April 16th!

I started off the day with a couple of soft boiled eggs, served in a cup
(egg-a-cup) with butter and S&P.

I'm looking forward to dinner, which will be a nice thick pan-seared
lamb chop (cooked in a little olive oil with butter, medium rare,
seasoned with thyme, S&P). Steamed asparagus to go with it. Might take
some pics... just have to wait and see.

I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys some good food on this nice,
not really a holiday Spring day!

Easter was originally a pagan feast, so I don't think non religious people
will be offended

Happy Easter to you and everyone)
