True, I have bars on the bathtub now, and am very careful when on stairs
etc. The last time i fell was a couple of years ago from a chair while
getting into a top cupboard, I hit my head on the dishwasher which put a
small dent in it, the dishwasher, not my head, and hurt my elbow, but
nothing serious. I no longer get on chairs.

I have tripped over cables, the dog and a rug!!!

I am now, very carefully, watching my step ... as they say!!!

Yes, I am very mindful of where I step now as well. I have one of those
frisky dogs too.
