I don't bother, because similar posts show up with different names. It
is invariably a name new to the group and has some sort of come-on and
a link. The next time they try it will be a new name. I would not dream
of clicking on the link, but I am sure some do.

There are tons of click bait on FB. There will be some sort of picture
and an emotional sort of lure..... veteran comes home his dog sees him
and you won't believe what happens next....... Yeah. I think I know
what happens. You get linked so some crappy website. Then there are
the tests. 90% of people can't answer more than 10% of these questions.
I confess I fell for them a few times and aced them, so it was obvious
they are after something else.

It's a link to a video showing a cake being decorated. There's no tutorial nor is something being sold - except to subscribe to the poster. As far as click bait is concerned, this one's pretty minor. The video is okay I guess.

If 90% can't answer the questions but you aced the test, that makes
you one of the 10% smartest people. That's a depressing idea.

Yes, they keep coming back under different names. But they don't always
change their email address, just their screen names. It only takes a
couple of seconds to set up a filter and delete the crap.

Why are we even talking aout this SPAM?
