Default Dinner 6/20/2017 Will Involve Italian Sausage

If it doesn't rain I'll be grilling a couple of hot Italian sausages
(will get a bit of a char, for sure!) alongside some split zucchini and
crookneck squash. The squash will be brushed with olive oil (doesn't
have to be EVOO, folks) and simply sprinkled with salt & pepper before
putting on the grill. The squash get a bit of a char, too.

If it does rain, I'll remove the sausage from the casing, brown it in a
skillet, drain off the fat and add it to the tomato sauce/gravy for
spaghetti. That's something I haven't made in a while. I'll also grate
some of the zucchini into the sauce. I like that addition a lot.

The weather is still iffy so I haven't decided on a plan yet.

Taco Tuesday here. La Tiara shells. For those who are unfamiliar with them,
they are small and very thin. Oddly enough, they ship very well and unlike
ordinary crisp shells, don't break to pieces when you bite them. The other
two are having chicken. I don't do chicken. Refried beans and Mexican rice
on the side. My tacos will be bean so no beans on the side. Tomorrow will be
similar but tostadas instead of tacos.

Uh... if you're going to use Google for newsgroups you might figure out
how to quote. It CAN be done.

I presume you mean mushrooms. Yes, they'd make a nice addition to
spaghetti sauce, if you like mushrooms.
