Default Perdue oven ready

Bought a Perdue chicken that was on sale. I did see that it was
injected and seasoned but thought it may be worth a shot at the price.
How bad can it be? Well, I found out.

It was easy, there was plenty of drippings if you want to make gravy,
but that was the only good parts. The meat was tender, easily came off
the bone, but was bland. The skin was soggy and inedible.

Best use: Pet food
