I wouldn't want to be one of Gary's pets, I'd probably go hungry. Think about it, while Gary procrastinates for over a year what happens to all those critters who no one adopts... Gary is way beyond selfish, Gary is heartless. I have no pity for anyone who claims to care about critters but keeps putting off adopting because it would interfere with their own comforts. Gary is NOT an animal lover, Gary is a selfish self centered shit! How many miles are yoose going to allow Gary to get out of his deseased ferret... |

I was saddened to find out that the Mexican place we dine at almost weekly has switched to Pepsi products. I made the mistake of just ordering "diet" when they first switched. The waitress didn't tell us that it was Pepsi but the glasses bore the name. I managed to drink about 1/4 of it only because I was really thirsty. Thankfully they have good, plain iced tea. |

I buy diet orange drink in a 2-liter bottle. It will last me about 2 weeks at work even though it goes flat after a day or two. Actually, my work "bar" consists of 4 drinks available. Black coffee, diet orange soda, V-8 juice and water. Whenever I eat at a restaurant I always order a diet coke or pepsi. Odd too as I only drink water with meals at home. |

Don't know where to find them or if they stock them? Ask customer service. Whether or not you want to buy them or use them for anything is an entirely different question. Jill |

We drank so much bubbly water during a hot summer that we bought a little bubble device. You just have to replace the gas canister every couple of months. No more carting of bubbly water. |

I doubt they are killing ferrets and Sheldon apparently has as many neutered as he can, but the point is people adopt pets when they are ready. -- |

We don't drink soda every often but once in a while I like a good root beer or cream. I'll pour room temperature soda over a lot of ice for maximum bubble release. A little is ok, but not a lot. |

I never really wanted to adopt another pet after my dog Sampson died. He lived with me for 18 years. Then a cat (Persia) barged right in and set up housekeeping. 16 years later she died. She moved here with me. I really did not want another pet. Until I found out Buffy's owner died and she needed a home. So, here she is. She's so sweet. ![]() Still, there is no reason to insist anyone adopt a pet before they are ready. Jill |

My grandson though, took in two dogs that would have been abandoned but he cannot afford to take proper care with vet and food. So, I have two "foster dogs" that come to visit. They get plenty of love and attention. |

How much to you use? Do you chop it? I have Rubbermaid Chug bottles. I just throw some mint leaves in there, then some ice, then more mint. I suppose I could bruise the leaves for more flavor but I just give it a shake and that seems to be enough. Then I fill with water. I also drink tea, seltzer, G2, diet soda and various other kinds of water. |

You are assuming that all stores have Customer Service. They don't. Also assuming that Customer Service will have an answer. They will, but it's generally the wrong one. Add in the fact that you may have to stand there for 10-15 minutes while they call someone to help you. This happened to me the other day. We were under the threat of a government shutdown and they said if it happened (which it did not), we could not buy or redeem lottery tickets. I had some to redeem so stood there, envisioning my hair growing gray. After about 5 minutes, I finally managed to find a bagger and asked if he could call someone over. He didn't but about 5 minutes later, he asked the cashier to. She did and nobody came. Eventually, some manager looking type who was pushing a cart of bagged ice noticed me standing there and came to wait on me. > > Whether or not you want to buy them or use them for anything is an > entirely different question. I don't want them. But they used to be everywhere. Restaurants and cooking shows featured them too. I just never see them mentioned any more and I see no more displays in the produce section. |

Or soda = pop = soft drink? |

I am sure I have recounted this before, but my latest rescue was found in a regular house with 42 dogs and 2 cats ![]() all starving. I would love to take more than one, but this dog is terrified of all other dogs, which is understandable. Anyway I couldn't manage more than 2.
