I don't object to the ingredients. However, since I always have
mayo and horseradish on hand, I'd just make my own. The mayo
and horseradish are useful in a variety of dishes, so there's
no sense keeping the pre-made sauces on hand. I suppose you go
to the fast-food outlet for your sandwich and the sauce? Then
it would make more sense to use their sauce.

I think he's just teasing. Or should I say "jes" teasing? I wish nb
would stop typing like he's texting. I can't stop that from happening.
But hey, I'm sure I've caught him replying to posts longer than 50
lines from time to time.

Sure, people should trim posts. But none of us should be playing net
cop. Often when you trim posts people are accused of mis-atributions.
You can't win for losing on Usenet.

Yes, taste buds are important, but horseradish sauce is grated
horseradish with vinegar (UK) or mayo (US)*. Wouldn't that taste good
without the science project?

Heating canola oil does make it smell like fish.

except that's not what he's doing

he's attempting to "sound" folksy

I will let others be the judge of whether he's succeeding
