Yes, I realized later it was a link to a wild rice recipe Mags posted.
It was in reply to my what I had to dinner post when I mentioned barley
pilaf. I didn't pay any particular attention to green onions vs.
scallions in the link. I think you've gotten your answer: in the US it
depends on where you live but they're basically the same thing.
