Day Late Dinner (Thursday (7/27/17) )
A day late "birthday dinner": corned beef & cabbage.
 I love corned beef brisket. I love cabbage. Doesn't have to be a specific day of the year. It's a day late because I forgot to take the corned beef out of the freezer. Better late than not at all. Jill |

If I thought it would stop raining I might have selected something else for dinner and done some outdoor grilling.
