Default Dinner Tonight

At the Newtown 'International Grande Market' (just north of VB BLVD and
to the left) they have little deli that serves food. It's mostly
Korean.

2 QT chicken stock
3/4 cup chopped frozen cooked octopus leg
12oz fishball
14oz crushed tomato
12oz frozen shrimp
1 heaping ts Vadouvan
5 generous shakes Cholula

Set that to simmer and make rice in the rice machine.

Rice machine: 1 cup dry medium grain, 2 cups water, 1ts dry chicken
broth seasoning.

Add some of the rice mix to the bowl, then ladle the soup over it.

Yummies!

Not sure what I'll fix. Just had cottage cheese and pears last night. It's
just to hot and still too smoky to want to cook much less eat. Wasn't sure
what time my lawn guy would be over today. I did pick up a turkey sub just
in case he came around dinner time. If he doesn't eat it, I might eat it
later. Otherwise maybe just some kind of cheese and fruit again.

I know that the pork roast that's in the crock pot will have some
'taters added around 5 , It'd have carrots too but I'm out . I also know
that shots of Straight Kentucky Sour Mash Whiskey chased with
lemon-lime soda will make one drunk ...

No , the cause is piling everything in the middle of the pie . I was
a Pizza Slut manager for a while ... when I make pizza at home I try to
spread all the toppings around the edges . The problem with center
loading is that the dough in the middle doesn't get fully cooked .
Doughy pizza sucks . My pizza passes the wife's "cold pizza for
breakfast" test . Highest accolade I can think of . ( married 44 years
on the 16th) If it sucks she tells me ...

I wound up having popcorn and cheese. Not a balanced diet, I know. Perhaps a
little V8 juice later.
