Default Johnny Rozetti for dinner

Essentially Spaghetti Red with corn added and cheddar cheese topping. Recipe
is very forgiving. You can pretty much use whatever you have. Basically is
macaroni, ground beef and tomatoes with corn added. I also added chopped
onion, red and green bell peppers (dried), and a little chili powder. Less
than I would add for spaghetti red. Used two cans of chopped tomatoes, a
little tomato paste and at the last minute, a can (approx. 16 oz) of tomato
sauce because the macaroni seemed a bit plain. Also, salt, pepper and
parsley. 1 lb. ground beef.

Not my favorite food, but the other two just got back from vacation and
needed food. Plus it's still hot. Didn't feel like cooking much. And the
heat is zapping my appetite, so there will be enough for another meal.
