Dinner will be grilled teriyaki chicken thighs, sour cream cucumbers,
sliced tomatoes and potato salad (haven't decided what kind yet,)

Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons sugar.

Marinate trimmed chicken thighs for several hours or overnight. Grill
on the cool side of the grill.
