Default Here is the Labor Day Menu at the Club

Converted from a .gif to a postimage .jpg link:

https://s4.postimg.org/n4rxtucx9/laborday.jpg

Hopefully (if you want to you) can read the Club menu for Labor Day:
Open seating at the pool! Oh goody, I've always wanted eat while
sitting next to a pool. No, not really. It's going to be freaking hot
outside.

$26++ per person.

The roast suckling pig and pig picken's come with the same sauces ast
the brisket. NC sauce, SC sauce, AL white sauce (whatever that is).
Sorry, I'm not a fan of BBQ sauce.

Bennie seed crackers with Brunswick stew. I don't know what bennie
seeds are. Also on the menu, Million Dollar White Bread.

Fun stuff, huh? And no, I will not be making reservations for this
Labor Day dining event.

Yep. And because the rich folks are notorious for not tipping well they
also add the 20% surcharge.

This menu is odd. I had to look up AL White Sauce:

This is a new one on me:

http://www.southernliving.com/food/h...hite-bbq-sauce

It's been a long time since I was in any part of Alabama. I sure never
heard of white barbeque sauce.

Alabama white sauce was started backin the 1920's by Big Bob Gibson for
his chicken. Mayo based it is mild. I've had it but not a favorite at
all.

aha ... "$31.20 + tax" starts to sound downright exorbitant

I pay that much for good happy hour burgers (includes fries & drinks, and
20% tip and 10% tax) for my two kids and me here in pricey Seattle
