I like the occasional treat of: - one 'just turned yellow' banana (aka still firm) chopped into bite size pieces - top with some vanilla ice cream Not a banana split but I like this plain treat. You can also top with one of those 25 cent Snack Pack chocolate puddings if desired. |

I have nothing against the taste, in fact I love a banana smoothie made with milk, ice cream, bananas and vanilla, but straight banana, no thanks.
