![]() Great smoked Chicken on a Throne planned (beer can chicken) *%#@ no sour cream - that takes care of the sour cream cucumbers that I was planning on What! only one cob of corn!!!??? ready in the garden no potatoes, rice or suitable pasta in the house (need to go shopping, will do when the truck comes back from the shop, currently down to one vehicle) O.k., here's the meal. Chicken on a Throne Buttermilk biscuits with cheddar and jalapenos Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers in balsamic vinegar 1/2 cob of corn each lemon/lime iced tea Dinner is saved ![]() Janet US |

We're having Caesar-ish salad with grilled chicken on it and robust white bread drizzled with EVOO and sprinkled with salt. A typical weeknight meal for us to prepare after coming home from work.
