Default Breakfast this morning

Heuvos Rancheros. My son called last night to see if we would be around
for brunch because he wanted to come and make them for us. I had had
them a few times when I was in California two years ago, and I loved
them there. His were even better. He sauteed onion until tender, added
finely chopped garlic, them three poblano peppers (canned), some tomato,
cinnamon, cumin and cardamon and cooked it into a paste. The paste went
into the black beans. They were served on soft corn tortillas with egg,
cheese and sliced avocado.

Holy cow... better than the restaurant dishes I had.
