Actually the big one is most in areas I have lived in know 'yorkshire
pudding' as a name from Charles Dickens. They have never had it and do
not know what it is. Steve can slap himself if he thinks that was a
common item.

She is wrong, which is probably why she cannot provide a cite. A
standing rib roast is prime rib, and as Steve said the "prime" does
not refer to a grade of meat.
