NGREDIENTS Nutrition
2 potatoes, cooked and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 green onions, chopped
yogurt

DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil and curry powder in a frypan over high heat.
Add the potatoes and toss until well-coated.
Cook 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with green onions and serve with yogurt.

Simple, but not bad...
