To me, it looks like one of those English suicide breakfasts.

Julie Bovine went to Norway? Good for her; she deserves a
vacation from Botherel.

Does to me, too. The bread is labeled as toast but it looks like
plain bread on that plate.

Mine are better! Just made a batch and got it put in the freezer and refrigerator! YUM! I was out of brown sugar though so I used honey and more molasses!

Carb overload! I'd do the beans and tomatoes. Skip the rest.

Good friend of mine grew up in manchester. He said those type
meals were not typical at homes but a typical diner meal in that
country.

And the "toast" was bread fried in the bacon/sausage grease.
I actually made one of those meals once. It was actually a very
tasty combo but you wouldn't want to eat like that very often.
Delicious but mostly unhealthy.

The wife of my boss told me of her trip to the UK. In Scotland, she saw some stuff in a tray and asked the server if it was haggis. My guess is that the server was told not to mention or serve it to any Americans. This is probably a good, sound, policy but she said she'd try a little. The server probably thought that was a bad move on her part and reluctantly gave her a small sample. He probably was struck dumb when she came back and asked for a big heap on her dish. Ah, those Southern gals...

I must say I am not a fan of Haggis! I like an English breakfast
(preferably for dinner) but a Scottish one not so much))

I grew up in Manchester and can tell you he was talking nonsense.
It's even CALLED "the British breakfast", and still is a popular
breakfast in many homes (including mine) and the majority of hotels,
guest houses and Bed and Breakfast.

It's certainly something you don't see every day. I'm just wondering what's going to taste better. Haggis or ground up pork salivary glands and lymph nodes AKA, Mexican chorizo.

I have not been to England other than a brief layover at Birmingham. I
learned about the full English breakfast from my son after we arranged
for a four day layover in London when he was returning from his stint in
Uganda. He was enamoured of that meal and still does it for us for
Sunday brunches..... bacon, sausage, eggs, bean, tomato and toast. I
occasionally meet up with him at a breakfast place around the corner
from him and we order enough between us to do the whole thing.

But do you ask for separate plates?

LOL No. We order one bacon and eggs and one sausage and eggs and one
with a side of beans and expect separate plates. We divvy then up before
we start eating.
