Monday is our Thanksgiving, and it looks like it is going to be a lovely
weekend, though rainy in the holiday itself. We expecting my son, my
brother, my nephew and his wife and step daughter. We have a 12 pound
fresh turkey ordered. Sides will probably be mashed potatoes, butternut
squash green beans and salad. I have to make two pies, one pumpkin and
one apple.

Sounds good. I cooked turkey about a month ago, and we've got
leftovers in the freezer. My husband defrosts some when he needs
comfort food.

I am quite confident that she would have no problem downing that much
food on her own if she had been invited, but she is not. Nor is she
likely to be.

Probably not. Why don't you sail up there, put your little
anchor in BN, and whip up a feast large enough for the
fleet? I won't tell a soul.
