Default Almond Milk

I finally tried it. To give it a true test, I poured myself a small
glass of it, and I have to say it tasted pretty good. It surprised me
that it tasted so good. Considering that it is a milk substitute and
that it looked so much like milk, it was such a pleasant surprise. Years
and years of lactose intolerance has turned me off drinking milk. I use
it on cereal and with lattes, but I have not drunk a glass of milk in
decades. I am hoping that this will be a perfect substitute for all
cooking needs and will be good on cereal. I really don't even care if is
doesn't have all the health benefits of eating almonds. If I can have it
on cereal and in lattes without the lactose reaction, that's good enough
for me.

I've been drinking almond or rice milk for years; soy milk leaves my
throat scratchy, though I'm not allergic to soy. So Delicious brand of
coconut milk is thicker than rice milk and pretty good.
